Privacy Policy
This is a plain-language summary for the rebuild. Have it reviewed by counsel before publishing, and align it with your final analytics, affiliate, and email providers.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (via Google Tag Manager, when configured) to understand which pages and links are useful. We do not send email addresses or other personally identifying information to analytics. Outbound affiliate clicks are tagged with non-identifying codes that record the page and the on-page location of the link—never who you are.
Cookies & local storage
- Attribution: a first-party cookie remembers how you first arrived (e.g. “organic search”) so we can understand traffic. No personal data.
- Experiment assignment: a first-party cookie keeps any on-site test experience consistent for you.
- Popup frequency: local storage remembers if you dismissed a promotion so we don't show it again for a while.
Affiliate tracking
When you click an affiliate link, the destination site may set its own cookies to attribute a possible subscription. That happens on their site under their policy.
Email sign-ups
If you give us your email, we use it to send the updates or resource you asked for, through our email provider. We store your consent date and the page you signed up from. You can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell your email.
